Reactive stains create color through a chemical reaction, penetrating the surface to produce an earth tone, mottled surface that will never peel or fade. Cleanup with a damp mop. May be machine burnished (polished) but is not necessary.
Water based stains are an economical way to color existing concrete and overlays and add a rainbow of color options. These stains penetrate the concrete surface for lasting color with a total coverage look. Can be used with reactive stains for any color you can dream of.
